Is Green Peaks fully insured and bonded?
Yes!
Can I choose a time for my service?
Yes, your time preference is noted, but we cannot always guarantee a specific time for your service.
Will I have to be present during my cleaning service?
No, your presence is not required. However, Green Peaks must have access to the home via access code or key.
What condition should my property be in for my cleaning?
We recommend our clients do do some basic tidying and organization prior to our arrival. We are happy to tidy for you, just let us know so we can plan your service accordingly
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Give us a call immediately, and we will send someone back to your home to redo anything you aren't happy with. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee a redo for free.
Does Green Peaks use green products?
Yes we do. We use various combinations of eco-friendly products to make our own cleaning recipes. If you prefer a specific product, please leave it out prior to our teams arrival
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! Green Peaks provides professional grade cleaning products and equipment for their team. We provide everything necessary to get the job done. If you have a specific product you would like us to use, simply leave it out.
Will you come the same day of the week for routine services?
Yes.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We price by the job. Multiple factor go into an estimate, such as size, bathrooms, bedrooms, pets, current condition
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, bank electronic transfers, cash. We do require a credit card to be on file for all of our clients.
