  • Is Green Peaks Insured?
    Yes! We are fully insured and bonded.
  • What areas do you service?
    Our service area includes all of Summit County, CO. Specifically: Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, Blue River, Alma, Copper Mountain. We will be expanding into Vail, CO in the near future, stay tuned or reach out for more information.
  • Does Green Peaks use Eco-friendly products?
    Yes, we use various eco-friendly and natural products in all of our homes. If you prefer a specific product, please leave it out prior to our teams arrival.
  • Does Green Peaks provide their own supplies and equipment?
    Yes, we use all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you wish to provide your own specific supplies or equipment, please let us know prior to you scheduled cleaning.
  • Can I choose the time for my service?
    Yes, your time preference is noted, but we cannot always guarantee a specific time for you service. Please allow for a 60-90 minute arrival window in case of any adverse situations.
  • Will you come the same day of the week for routine cleanings?
    Yes. However, this has the possibility to be altered. In this case, you will be notified well in advance.
  • Will I need to be present during my cleaning service?
    No, you presence in not required. However, we must have access to your property via key or access code.
  • What condition should my property be in for my cleaning?
    We recommend our clients do some basic tidying and organization prior to our teams arrival. We are happy to tidy for you, just let us know.
  • Pets
    We will gladly work around pets, we are a pet-friendly company, within reason. We ask that indoor activity is limited for cleaning efficiency and safety. If you pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our cleaners from your home. If the removal of our cleaners is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation and Rescheduling policy will apply. Our cleaners are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat, pets may behave differently if a family member is not present.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. We also accept payments via Venmo or Zelle. Regardless of your desired payment method, we require all of our clients to have a credit on file.
  • When will I be charged?
    While we do require our clients to have a credit card on file prior to booking, you will not be charged for your cleaning until after the service has been completed.
  • Is there a Rescheduling Fee?
    We do not charge for rescheduling your service as long as it is done 48 hours prior to you scheduled service. Please see our Cancellations and Refunds FAQ for further information.
  • Cancellations and Refunds
    If you cancel before 48 hours, you will not be charged and issued a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee.
  • How does the recurring discount work?
    Recurring discounts begin AFTER your initial deep cleaning. If you skip cleanings so that your frequency is lower than what you were set up for, your price will be adjusted to the pricing level of the lower frequency. We offer the following discounts for recurring services: Weekly: 40% Bi-Weekly: 35% Monthly: 30% If your desired frequency doesn't fall within these parameters, we will discuss a custom pricing level based on your needs.
  • What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
    If you are unsatisfied with you service, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we would be happy to fix any mistakes. Beyond 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a redo or fix for free.
